Gift codes and coupon codes go in the same box. Codes are not case-sensitive.

Get a code
From a gift card, a campaign email, a Figmooo Lab reward or a friend. Every code says what it gives and when it ends.
Redeem it here or in the cart
A gift appears in your cart at $0.00; a coupon shows in the order summary. A second code replaces the first.
It ships with the order
Gifts go in the same parcel. In-stock items ship within 48 hours; limited-stock items within 30 days.
Frequently asked questions
One coupon per order — redeeming a second coupon replaces the first. A gift code can be used alongside a coupon.
Yes — percentage and fixed coupons apply to the whole subtotal, pre-orders included. Free-shipping codes apply to any order.
The code is refused with a message and your email is kept, so you can redeem it when the gift is back — codes are not consumed until the order is placed.
Most do; the end date is printed with the code. An expired code says so when you try it.
Codes work on DIY orders too, but a DIY order is confirmed by us before payment and shipment — see the DIY page.
